Characters/Pairings: Team fic, no pairings except mentioned Gwen/Rhys and Jack being Jack
Rating & Warnings: Supernatural!AU where Torchwood's job is to fight the paranormal instead of aliens. Being written for a big bang, so there is some length to it. Also, there's some bad language, some dead bodies, lots of casual talk of dead bodies and dying, poorly researched stuff on ancient things, and made up stuff about ritual sacrificing.
Notes: I need a Brit-picker, please. You don't need to focus on grammar/spelling/anything else, as long as you tell me what passages and phrases jump out at you as being horribly American. I tried to fix the things that I knew were different, but my main concern while writing was powering through to meet the word limit for the big bang, so I'm assuming there are a lot of things that will need fixing on the Britpicking side of things.
