Notes: Buddha Cafe is a Japanese webcomic about a cafe run by Buddhist monks. It's generally lighthearted with frequent educational tidbits about different Buddhist concepts. For this particular fic, no knowledge of the comic or of Buddhism is required; I've tried to explain salient details as succinctly as possible in the narrative. I'm more in need of a sensitivity reader for the trans character.

This was originally planned as a fluffy wish-fulfillment thing, though it's become somewhat angsty; I need an extra set of eyes to check if the emotional core of the story makes sense. I'm about halfway done with the second draft (past the 2000-word mark).
