Fandom: Star Trek: Voyager

Characters/Pairings: Vorik, OFC, Vorik&/OFC

Rating & Warnings: Rated PG. No content warning apply.

Notes: Basically id-fic. This story exists because I always feel bad for Vorik at the end of Blood Fever, and also because the Star Trek convention of planets housing only one culture annoys me to no end. It's about culture and language and a little bit about Vorik getting a girlfriend. I'm looking for someone to point out typos and let me know if I'm completely embarrassing myself. (I haven't written fic in a long, long time.) Comment or PM if you're interested in taking a look.

Modly new year's cleaning

Hello! I've caught up on tags again to prepare for the new year.

Another reminder that I won't add a tag for a specific fandom until at least two different people post about that fandom on the comm. If you don't see your fandom in the tag list, you're proably looking for a catch-all tag:
  • fandom: animanga series
  • fandom: books (other)
  • fandom: movies (other)
  • fandom: none/original fiction
  • fandom: nonfiction
  • fandom: tv shows (other)
  • fandom: video games (other)
  • fandom: webcomics (other)
  • fandom: web series (other)
  • fandom: western animation (other)
  • fandom: western comics (other)
I regularly go through the catch-all tags to see if there are any doubles that need to be moved to a tag of their own. If you want to get your own fandom tag faster, encourage your friends to use this comm too! :D

I've also added the new tag "fandom: star trek (reboot)", to try and differentiate the newer movies from the older tv series and movies. We've not yet had more than one person asking for betas in each individual star trek series, which is why they're still using the catch-all "fandom: star trek series."

Rating & Warnings: PG-13, non graphic sex
Notes: Oneshot. Rewrite of a prompt fill, the original version is here, the prompt and challenge info is in the notes/headers. The revised version is around 1000 words. I need someone to check consistency and anything that looks odd, repeated or rushed. The timeline is post Cathexis (season 1) and is set sometime after Chakotay is released from sickbay.

Notes: Long fic (3 chapters, epilogue). This is for [community profile] kidficstory big bang and is due Jan/Feb 2014. It is currently a WIP and I think it'll be a little over 8000 words when it's finished. It is an AU of the episodes Concerning Flight, Mortal Coil and Waking Moments (season 4) with references to the episode Prime Factors (season 1). I need someone to check consistency, and anything that looks odd, repeated or rushed. It is gen.

Rating & Warnings: PG, no warning so far
Notes: Currently at 6.7K and counting, but the early parts are more or less done. I estimate that it'll be done at 10K. If you want to know about it more, the earlier parts are posted here: Searching the Heaven.Fandom knowledge is unnecessary. I mainly need grammar and plot check. There's no time pressure.
