Need beta for DCU filksong

Fandom: DCU comics (Superman)
Characters/Pairings: Superman/Everyone.

Rating & Warnings: Mature-ish. Not explicit, but mentions a whole lot of sex. Crack, or at least, severely cracky concept. Warning for, ah, underage (implied?); various kinks strongly implied; no explicit violence; no lack of consent.

Notes: Filk, to the tune of "88 Lines About 44 Women." Just under 500 words. Broad superficial knowledge of DCU characters helpful but not necessary (I'm not sure *I* know all the characters I put in this thing).

Needs a tag: either "type: filk," if there might be enough of those to matter, or maybe "type: other," to cover fanworks that don't fit in the most common categories.

I'd like to offer my services, but I'm not quite sure what "filk" means. What would you be looking for -- more on canon-checking or the technical stuff?

Filk is, loosely, fannish songs, often to the tune of other songs. (There's more than that, but that'll work as a starting point.) If I had to recommend a single song to start with, I'd probably go with the Livejournal Shanty. Or there's many at the Virtual Filksing, but all of those are original tunes or to the tunes of other filksongs, to avoid copyright hassles.

Don't need canon check (although if there's anything I've mangled badly, I'd like to know); this is about scansion and tone more than anything else. If you PM me (or email at elfwreck @ gmail.com), I'd love to have you look at it.

If you want someone to look over the lyrics, I can do that. I'm familiar with 88 Lines, but I'm not much good at the musical side if you wanted a beta more for that. I have decent general knowledge of the DCU, though not super detailed.

I have this irrational thing about scansion in rhyming poetry though so if it bothers you less that things don't scan exactly (totally reasonably! this is my pet peeve only!) I will probably be a really annoying beta.

The more the merrier! Love to have it looked at with an eye for scansion in particular--it *doesn't* scan exactly (nor rhyme exactly), but neither does the original, and I could use help sorting out which of my tweaks work and which don't.

It's been through one beta pass and caught several issues, but I've now lost all sense of how well it fits the song, because in my head, it scans just fine.
