Fandom: Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Torchwood
Characters/Pairings: Rupert Giles/Jack Harkness (Giles' POV)
Rating & Warnings: NC-17 - sex, BDSM (fairly mild, mainly D/s)
Estimated Fic Length: 6,500 words
Notes: I just need someone to read this over and make sure it makes sense, please! I'm English so no need for Brit-picking, and my SPAG is (or should it be are? :-D) usually fairly good, so it's mainly just sense, typos, and any useful suggestions that I'm looking for. :-)

(NB this is a sequal but knowledge of the first part isn't essential, though it's under 4,000 words if you want to have a read of it!)

Modly new year's cleaning

Hello! I've caught up on tags again to prepare for the new year.

Another reminder that I won't add a tag for a specific fandom until at least two different people post about that fandom on the comm. If you don't see your fandom in the tag list, you're proably looking for a catch-all tag:

  • fandom: movies (other)
  • fandom: none/original fiction
  • fandom: nonfiction
  • fandom: tv shows (other)
  • fandom: video games (other)
  • fandom: webcomics (other)
  • fandom: web series (other)
  • fandom: western animation (other)
  • fandom: western comics (other)
I regularly go through the catch-all tags to see if there are any doubles that need to be moved to a tag of their own. If you want to get your own fandom tag faster, encourage your friends to use this comm too! :D

I've also added the new tag "fandom: star trek (reboot)", to try and differentiate the newer movies from the older tv series and movies. We've not yet had more than one person asking for betas in each individual star trek series, which is why they're still using the catch-all "fandom: star trek series."

Femslash beta wanted; multifandom drabbles

Characters/Pairings: (mainly) female characters
Rating & Warnings: femslash; incest; alternative universe; kinks; fluff etc.
Notes: I write drabbles based on a promptable @ femslash 100 and I need a beta for them. My claim is genre - AU therefore the drabbles will be anything but canon and there will be 30 of them. If you are interested I can send you a drabble or two so you'd make an informed decision.

Looking for a Buffy the Vampire Slayer beta

Fandom: Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Characters/Pairings: Willow/Oz
Rating & Warnings: PG-13, with minimal violence and adult content
Notes: This is a post-canon AR, in which Willow and Oz reunite in Istanbul after Willow has parted ways with the Watcher's Council. It's on the lengthier side, and could probably be cut down some. The focus is very clearly Willow and Oz, but Buffy, Xander, Kennedy, and Faith all play small roles.


Fandom: Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel: the Series
Characters/Pairings: Anya/Giles, Andrew/Xander, Fred/Tara
Rating & Warnings: nothing explicit, and all of these fics are generally in the PG-13 area. There are mentions of past abuse in the Fred/Tara fic, but nothing explicit.
Notes: This request is for multiple shorter fics for the pairings listed above. Any interested beta wouldn't have to commit to all of them, any assistance you're willing to provide would be greatly appreciated. There are a couple of Anya/Giles fics (under 1,000 words each) written for the 20 Established Relationships challenge on LJ, one BtVS/AtS crossover that's Fred/Tara (just about 1,000 words), and an in-progress post-Chosen Andrew/Xander fic.
